now, let me summarize what i've done these 5 days!

i went to IKEA on the first day of the year!
i like that place alot!
filled with DIY stuff and BOXES!!
err.. dont xiang wai. (:


2nd to 5th day: WORK! (:
work is tiring,
but as a whole it's FUN! (:
i think i like the job though the pay rocks.
hahahs.


lessons learnt:
[1] kids love shoes with lights
(esp barbie ones, i promoted to 5 customers and sold 4 pairs of the same kind in 2 days.)

[2] kids nowadays are very pampered. (eg. "u like?">"i like.">"okay buy.")
and the highest record following this trend is 4 pairs of shoes for that child.

[3] kids tend to pose with their new shoes on
one girl was cat-walking and jerked to a stop, tilting her hip to one side, super adorable!

[4] parents are VERY reluctant to buy the shoe on display

[5] it feels super horrible to be called "auntie"

[6] if dont feel comfortable in an enclosed area, dont work in bata; if you work in bata, u'll be very good at ladders.


alright.
that's about all..
a few record holders for first 4 days of work..
1. sold 60 pairs of shoes in 12hr, 1488 dollars i think..
2. a mommy bought branded track shoes for her 3 children that cost 209 bucks in total (59+71+79).
3. sold 6 pairs of shoes to a customer today, which cost her ~191 bucks!

work at bata;
make the customer happy,
and you'll be happy.

i wanna off on the 18th......................
