i chose the above title cause today i realise that contact lenses are:
-pretty scary
-pretty but scary

today i walked passed a smoker on my way home
and almost immediately after that
my left eye started to feel very irritated & painful

i got my sister to help me check what got into my eye..
and guess what it was...
-ash from the cigeratte.

my sis then told me to take out my contact lense.
u know what...
my contact lense(soft lense) hardened in 10 secs
p.s. i'm not kua zhang..
it's super scary..
some more in the middle of the lense there were signs that it was melted?! (do you call that melted? i dunno..)

taking out one of my lenses caused me to have blurred vision..
so no choice, i took out the other.
and other lense only started to harden when i reached home from toa payoh la!!
*it was a 15+ mins bus ride home
unbelievable how fast the first lense took to harden right?
